8 c. uncooked medium egg noodles 1 tsp. salt 2 lbs. ground beef ½ tsp. pepper 1½ c. chopped onion 16 oz. cream cheese, softened 16 oz. tomato sauce 2 c. small-curd cottage cheese 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. Parmesan cheese Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese and the grated parmesan cheese. Add the meat. Drain the noodles; add to meat and cheeses. Place in two greased 9x13x2” baking dish. (Or one larger disposable baking pan.) Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
