High Urgency

• Fix secretary's desk drawer
• Repair coat rack in offices (coming apart from the wall)
• Plane and/or adjust hinges on interior doors at the back of the church
• Plane and/or adjust hinges on kitchen door
• Door to upstairs coming off hinge
• Change air filters throughout the building
• Repair loose tiles and baseboards throughout the building, including the tile on Kathy’s desk
• Pick up toys from the far side of the fence and move them inside the playground area
• Straighten up the playground area, remove debris and trash & fix containers

• Light bulb changes in various places throughout the building
• Paint conference room
• Get pricing on replacement plate glass for baptistry
• Get carpet & floor estimates for day care classrooms
• Varnish brickwork around altar

• Paint exterior
• Fix Leach Portrait
• Ballast transformer changes in various light fixtures throughout the building
• Thorough cleaning of choir loft, including pulling up risers and cleaning floors below.
• Fix window cranks in Leach Hall (check with Jim Hamann for hardware)
• Check kneelers in pews and repair as needed (check with Kathy for hardware)
• Repair kitchen cabinets as needed
• Floor mats removed
• Panic bars for upstairs
• Reconfigure and upgrade restroom stalls
• Weatherstripping doors near altar
