Information:
(From January 2010) I have been a member of Transfiguration for more than 40 years. My children grew up in this Church, and my grandchildren are enjoying the same experiences.

Over the years, I have served the Church in many capacities, but I admit to having a soft spot for the Day Care Center. I have spent more than 6 years as a volunteer at the Day Care Center, and I am a big supporter of the director, Suzanne Newman. I have watched children come to the Day Care center as babies and followed their progress as they learn and grow. These children begin kindergarten with confidence and skills they learned at the Center.

I have served on the Day Care Board before, and I look forward to the opportunity to serve once again.

(From January 2007) I have been a member of Transfiguration for over forty years. My daughters were all confirmed and married in the church, and my grandchildren were all baptized here. Two of them have been confirmed at Transfiguration and three more will be confirmed next month. Over the years, I have served the church in several ways. I taught Sunday school for many years, served on the Vestry, began and, along with three friends, started the nursery. The Day Care Center is very important to me. I have already served a term on the Day Care Board, and for five or six years, I have spent one day a week as a volunteer, helping out where needed. I have become familiar with the staff, and am very supportive of Suzanne Newman and all the teacher.
