(From January 2006) Addie and I have been living in Palos Heights since November of 2003, when I was offered a transfer from Pittsburgh, PA by LTV-Copperweld, now Atlas Tube. I’ve spent over 30 years working in the steel industry, primarily in the fields of purchasing and production control. I was baptized, confirmed and served as an acolyte at St Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church in a small town, Scottdale, about 40 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. My children, Steven (30), Marnie (27) and Lynley (25) were all baptized, confirmed and served as acolytes at St Paul’s Episcopal Church in Mt Lebanon, outside of Pittsburgh. Addie and I have been regulars at the 8 o’clock service and enjoy serving as lectors and have participated in a number of the weekend cleanup projects. I look forward to helping in any way I can to insure that Transfiguration is strong and successful in achieving its mission.
